They are called pneumatic FRR components and are used to purify, filter, and reduce the air source entering pneumatic instruments. The pressure is the rated gas supply pressure of the instrument, which is equivalent to the function of a power transformer in the circuit.
1) Air filters filter pneumatic air sources, mainly for purifying the air source. It can filter the moisture in compressed air, prevent moisture from entering the equipment with the gas, and purify the air source. However, the filtering effect of this filter is limited, so don't have too many expectations for it. At the same time, attention should also be paid to the discharge of filtered water during the design process, and closed design should not be used, otherwise the entire space may be filled with water.
2) Pressure reducing valve can stabilize the air source, maintain a constant state of the air source, and reduce the damage of sudden changes in air source pressure to hardware such as valves or actuators.

3) Lubricator Lubricator can lubricate the moving parts of the body and also lubricate parts that are inconvenient to add lubricating oil, greatly extending the service life of the body. I am pleased to tell everyone today. In actual use, it is recommended not to use this type of lubricator. The correct use of products is still unprofessional and lacking. Moreover, China is now a large construction site, and the air quality is mainly dominated by haze, which means that the air is filled with dust, which is compressed by air compressors. Afterwards, the dust content per unit volume will be higher, and the lubricator will atomize these high dust compressed air, causing oil mist and dust to mix and form sludge. The sludge will compress the air into pneumatic components such as solenoid valves, cylinders, and pressure gauges, causing blockage and necrosis of these components. Therefore, my suggestion to everyone is that if you cannot handle the air source reasonably, standard, and correctly (I will introduce later), it is best not to use a lubricator. There is nothing better than it. Without a lubricator, at least there will be no sludge, and various pneumatic components will be higher. Of course, if your air source treatment is very good, it is best to use a lubricator, which will greatly improve the lifespan of pneumatic components. So you can determine whether to use it based on your specific situation. If you have already bought a pneumatic triple, it's okay, just don't add oil to the lubricator and make it a decoration.

2. Pneumatic pressure check switch
This thing is very important because with it, your equipment can be used reliably and normally, because in actual production, the pressure of the air source must fluctuate, and even generate air pressure due to the aging of pneumatic components. In the event of a leak, if the pneumatic components are still working at this time, it is very dangerous, so the function of this component is to monitor air pressure in real time. Once the air pressure drops below your set value, it will immediately stop and alarm. Humanized design, how safe to consider.
3. Pneumatic solenoid valve
Electromagnetic valves, in fact, you only need to choose according to standards. I will discuss it here to deepen everyone's impression. I also need to remind you not to use the integrated type above if you have too few control points. Purchasing a few solenoid valves separately is sufficient. If you have control over many projects, it is best to use this solenoid valve group. Installation and fixation are relatively simple and also save space. Easy to use and clean appearance are both very good.
4. Pneumatic connectors
At present, pneumatic connectors are basically quick plug type. When connecting the air pipe and quick plug connector, two issues need to be noted. The first issue is that the end of the trachea must be cut flat and cannot have a slope. Secondly, it is necessary to insert the trachea in place and not poke it immediately, as a slight mistake may cause joint leakage and pose a risk of unstable air pressure.
