There are many ways to install Pneumatic Cylinder. According to whether the cylinder body (Aluminum Pneumatic Cylinder tube) can move after installation, it can be divided into fixed and swinging types. There are multiple installation forms for the same cylinder. Taking the SC standard cylinder as an example, there are free style, flange style, tripod style, earring style, and center swing style.

1. The earring installation method is divided into single ear and double ear, that is, the cylinder end cover (Chinese cylinder kit) and earring installation accessories are fixed with screws on the SC series standard cylinder back cover. The vertical direction of the piston rod axis is the pin hole of the cylinder, and the load and cylinder can swing around the pin. During rapid movement, the greater the turning angle, the greater the lateral load on the piston rod.

2. Free installation method refers to using the threads inside the cylinder body to screw into the body for fixed installation without using installation accessories; Alternatively, use the threads on the outer side of the cylinder block to secure the cylinder to the machine using nuts; It can also be installed through the end. The screw holes of the cover are fixed to the machine with screws.

3. The tripod installation method, represented by LB, refers to the use of an L-shaped tripod to fit the screw holes at the front end cover (cylinder kit supplier) and use screws for installation and fixation. Installing a tripod can withstand large overturning moments and can be used for loads. When the direction of motion is consistent with the axis of the piston rod.

4. The installation method of the center swing is to install the TC center swing in the middle of the cylinder and complete the installation and fixation of the cylinder. This installation method allows the cylinder to swing around the middle ear shaft and is suitable for long cylinders (aluminum Air Cylinder Barrel factory).

5. Flange installation can be divided into front flange type and rear flange type. Front flange type refers to the installation method of fixing the cylinder on the front cover with a flange and screws, while rear flange type refers to the installation method on the back cover. The flange is fixed with screws and is also suitable for situations where the direction of load movement is consistent with the axis of the piston rod.
