Before disassembly, clean the components and equipment of pollutants to maintain environmental cleanliness. After confirming that the driven object has been treated to prevent falling and losing control, it is necessary to cut off the power and air sources, and confirm that the compressed air has been completely discharged before disassembling.

As long as the shut-off valve is closed, there may not be no compressed air in the system, as sometimes compressed air can clog in certain areas. Therefore, you must carefully analyze and inspect each area and try to discharge residual pressure as much as possible.

When disassembling, slowly loosen each screw to prevent residual pressure in the components or pipelines. When disassembling, check each part one by one to ensure they are functioning properly. Disassembly should be carried out on a component by component basis.

The sliding parts (such as the inner surface of the cylinder tube and the outer surface of the piston rod) should not be scratched, and should be carefully inspected, paying attention to the wear, damage, and deformation of the sealing ring and gasket.

Car cylinder manufacturers remind you to pay attention to blockages in the ports, nozzles, and filter elements. Check for cracks or damage to plastic and glass products.

When disassembling, the parts should be arranged in the order of the components and attention should be paid to the installation direction of the parts for future assembly. Pipeline and hose ports must be protected with clean cloth to prevent dust and debris from entering.

The replaced parts must ensure quality. Corroded, damaged, and aged components should not be reused. Seals must be selected according to the usage environment and working conditions to ensure the airtightness and stable operation of the components. Components that are dismantled and ready for reuse should be cleaned in a cleaning solution. Do not use gasoline and other organic solvents to clean rubber and plastic parts. It can be cleaned with good kerosene.

After cleaning the parts, it is not allowed to dry them with cotton or chemical fiber products. It can be dried with dry and clean air. Apply lubricating grease and assemble according to the components. Be careful not to miss the seal and do not install the parts upside down.
