The speed of cylinder movement mainly depends on the usage requirements of the work. When the demand is slow and stable, gas-liquid damping cylinders or throttling controls should be used.
The method of throttling control is to install the exhaust throttle valve horizontally and utilize thrust load.
It is recommended to use a vertically installed lift load to operate the intake throttle valve. Buffer tubes can be used to avoid impact on cylinder pipes at the end of the stroke, and the buffering effect is significant when the cylinder speed is not high.
If the moving speed is high, the end of the Cylinder Barrel will often be impacted.
 
Determine if there is a malfunction in the cylinder: there is no resistance when pulling the piston rod. When the piston rod is released, it does not move. When it is pulled out, the cylinder has the opposite force, but when it is continuously pulled, the cylinder slowly descends. When the cylinder is working without pressure or with very low pressure, it means that there is a malfunction in the cylinder.
 
The main reason for the deceleration of self resetting cylinders with internal springs is:
1. Weakened elasticity of the built-in spring
2. The reflux resistance increases.
Solution: Increase the pressure of the gas source; Increase the diameter of the cylinder, that is, increase the pulling force while keeping the gas source pressure constant.
3. Electromagnetic valve malfunction leads to poor air leakage channel, and due to increased back pressure, the reflux speed slows down. Because cylinders work through the propulsion of gas. When the air pressure increases, each time the solenoid valve opens, the gas entering the cylinder piston rod increases during the same time period, and the driving force of the gas increases, so the movement speed of the cylinder also increases.
