1. Dust mixed in the air can cause damage to the cylinder.
2. Improper adjustment of the buffer valve.
3. The solenoid valve is not working properly.
Countermeasure:Due to the mixing of dust and damage to the inner wall of the cylinder (anodized aluminum
Air Cylinder Tube), the piston will get stuck on its back and be in a true moving state. When replacing the cylinder (made of circular aluminum tube or 6063 aluminum tube), it is necessary to prevent dust mixing.
When the buffer needle valve is too tight and approaching the end of the stroke, back pressure takes effect, and the cylinder (made of aluminum alloy
Pneumatic Cylinder Barrel) plate is in actual movement state. The throttle valve of the buffer needle valve should be adjusted.
If the oil mist is not suitable, the air is not clean, and sometimes the solenoid valve is stuck and not working, then the oil should be supplied correctly or the solenoid valve should be cleaned separately. Due to wear and tear on the solenoid valve, malfunctions may sometimes occur. Confirm that the solenoid valve is working properly. Whether to work at a stable speed. Electromagnetic valves that are used for a long time may sometimes fail to function due to residual magnetism. At this point, the solenoid valve should be replaced. If the solenoid valve body is damaged, conduct a separate experiment on the solenoid valve to confirm its proper operation.
The cylinder cannot move smoothly, causing shaking and uneven speed, especially at low speeds. Reason:
1. Insufficient lubricating oil.
2. Insufficient air pressure
3. Mixing with dust
4. Inappropriate pipeline
5. Improper installation method of cylinder.
6. In order to engage in low-speed sports (which exceed possible limits)
7. Excessive load.
8. The speed control valve is located on the inlet throttling circuit.
Countermeasure: 1. Check the consumption of the lubricator. When the consumption is below the standard, readjust the lubricator. If you observe the condition of the sliding surface of the piston rod, you often find this phenomenon.
When the working pressure of the cylinder is low, sometimes the piston cannot move smoothly due to load, and the working pressure should be increased. Insufficient air supply is one of the reasons for the unsmooth movement of the cylinder. Ensure the flow rate corresponding to the size and speed of the cylinder.
3. Due to the mixing of dust, the viscosity of dust and lubricating oil will increase, and the sliding resistance will increase. As shown in the figure, try not to mix dust into the air.
Thin pipes or small joints are also reasons for the unsmooth movement of the cylinder. Leakage of valves and improper use of joints in pipelines can also lead to insufficient flow. You should choose components of appropriate size.
5. The guiding device is used to move the load. If the piston rod and guide device tilt, the friction increases, and it cannot move smoothly, sometimes even stopping.
When the low-speed movement is below 20mm/s, crawling often occurs, and a gas-liquid converter should be used.
7. Reduce load changes and increase work pressure. Use large diameter cylinders.
8. Modifications have been made in the outlet throttling circuit.
